Triple Chocolate Coffee Cake



Honestly, this is a brownie and/or chocolate cake. Still, I don't care, it's delicious.

Ingredients
1 package devil's food cake mix
1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups of sour cream
1 cup softened butter or margarine
5 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, butter, eggs and vanilla at a low speed with an electric mixer 30 seconds or just until moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.



Stir in 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. Pour batter evenly into 2 greased and floured 9-inch square metal cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pans on wire racks.



Microwave semisweet chocolate chips in a glass bowl on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until chips melt; stirring at 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle or spread evenly over cakes. Sprinkle cakes evenly with pecans.
