23rd Surgery - Trying to Help

A call to everyone in town, filtered from the drones and town administrators

Hell, this is Fran Madaraki speaking~ Is there anyone who can help me find a supply of spare body parts? I may be able to assist the amputee victims of the post office, but I'll need the replacement parts to provide them with~

Ah, it's a shame my pet cat isn't here. She's always got a few spare corpses lying around.

Yes~ I'm for lack of my assistant Adorea~ Without her it's much more difficult to store organs for transplant and research~

How unfortunate. Even more unfortunate that people were actually stupid enough to end up in a situation where they need replacement organs and limbs.

I agree, especially after it was known what was happening~ Be that as it may, it's my duty to help people get better~

Oh, I'm not saying I don't think you should help them, just that they acted rashly. On the contrary, I think it's honorable that you treat them after they inflicted such harm on themselves. If it were me, I'd be too exasperated with them to help.

THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN THE MANGA relaxiamadoctor August 17 2010, 00:35:15 UTC
For the most part I keep my efforts up~ There was the one time that I had patients who were injuring themselves during a snowstorm, faking it as a murderer in the house~ After I realized what they were up to and throwing away my help I just connected their sensory organs and left them on a morphine drip while they continued to stab eachother~

I don't know what morphine is, but that sounds very impressive. How good are you at...reconnecting body parts?

I highly recommend this manga if you don't mind body horror relaxiamadoctor August 17 2010, 00:40:51 UTC
As long as they're fresh and there's no problem with the recipient, I generally don't have any problems~

I have been eying it for a while... wondering_eye August 17 2010, 00:50:42 UTC
...Say someone severed an artery. Could you fix that? Whether the patient lives or dies in this case doesn't matter - could you connect the artery again?

Absolutely, though I'd do my best to save the patient~

There's a particular case...there's a...girl I know. She's got a third eye that attaches to her head via a modified artery...she cut it a long time ago. Is there any way to connect those?

...I have a similar eye, so if you need to take a look I'd let you.

For this case I reccomend the chapter Snow Light relaxiamadoctor August 17 2010, 02:11:09 UTC
Hmmm, I suppose I could check you both and see if there's anything I can do~
