The Doctor had exited the TARDIS in search of more information. He'd already learnt from one of his future selves that none of the TARDISes worked, but he still needed details. Somehow, some way there had to be a way to reverse this.

But as he wasn't likely to find that information inside the TARDIS, he gathered his research materials and sat down on the bench to work, hoping he'd have a chance to talk to his other selves and his past and future companions.
