There is, in fact, a Doctor. She's been spending rather a lot* of time in her TARDIS trying to fix her.

It hasn't worked so well.

And thus, she finally emerges from her cocoon to have a look about the place, and is utterly botherable by anyone who wishes to bother.

*Translation: Pretty much all of it, really.
