Laura held the communicator carefully. She'd been fiddling with it a bit, hoping to figure out what is going on, when she'd managed to come across another channel.
The news report she'd heard had left her chilled. She guessed that the plight of the Ga'kians had something to do with the crisis that surrounded them.
Her own Doctor had gone off to London in search of some parts for the machine they were building to try to track down the rift between the dimensions that had let them and so many others through. She could go alone, but she didn't want the Doctor to return and find the TARDIS gone. So she went off seeking another Doctor. Someone would help her with this, she was sure of that.
