More kimono stuffs arrived in the mail to-day, a month after ordering. However, it only matters to me that it got here. ^__^
The utter, despicable camwhore I am, I brought pictures. xD
What I think is a synthetic lined komon, and a weird-ass but comfortable obi. No juban, 'cause I was just trying it on.
My butt, and the very ghetto way in which I tie this obi. Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it, but I'm told it's a winter obi meant to be worn under haori without a knot of any kind. The obi-jime is cut in half and stitched to either end of the obi.
Obi musubi practice, a bow meant for furisode with my (PAIN IN THE EVERLOVING ASS) fukuro obi.
Back.
Random picture of the base of a hat I made. Cardboard, duct tape, felt. Photo by my Jessica.
Great-great uncle's tourist kimono. Very pretty, very beat up, not wearable. Also my unicycle.
