(no subject)
I was going to study last night, but instead Sarah Carlson came over to have me edit one of her papers, and instead of either of us doing work we sat in my kitchen talking about people we went to high school with and gay marriage and backpacking for a few hours, and then it was almost midnight, so almost her birthday, and she wanted me to take a shot with her so i did, and it was a nice, simple happy night. and i wish there were more of them, and that i were better at just being satisfied. in the grand scheme of things, things are good, and i ought not to be so damn angsty all the time. i also re-realized my undying love for walking around Berkeley at night. it 's pretty unsafe undying love, but oh well.
i got up earlier than i otherwise would have because of Tele-Bears, but I got into both of the classes I wanted, which is exciting. a semester without waitlists would be nice. Also, as of two days ago, i have a major officially, not just because i say i do.
hey! as periodically happens, i am bored with all my music! so i need some new music! so i would love some recommendations!
