~German and Russian~
You are the German or Russian Language
The German and Russian languages are generally
considered cruel/ugly languages (especially in
English speaking cultures). This is a false
perception brought about by World War II and
the Cold War; another reason is that many
people see it as guttural (or sounding like the
speaker has a cold). In reality these
languages can be extremely beautiful. The
problem is people tend to connect beauty with
delicateness, and these are not delicate
sounding languages.
~My Little Diatribe~
Of all the languages, these are the ones I'd like
to learn the most (German especially). If only
I wasn't so old, but for me it is very hard to
learn a new language. Anyway. I'd like to learn
them most because they are beautiful and also
because I'd really like to complement people
and still get yelled out because they think I'm
insulting them simply because they think its a
mean sounding language.
