I can't take it anymore -- the constant dialogue among team members, the constant jokes that I have to laugh off, the pressure to do "what's best for the team." And the unspoken expectations are the worst.
No one thinks it's a sensitive issue. But it is. Oh God, it is.
It would be so ironic if I quit over this. After all, last semester, it was the reason I joined.
