A little more than a month left to this blissful, peaceful holiday. But this is when the fun starts yeah? Badminton! Swim! Blade! Eat! Natsu Matsuri! Monster hunt! Piano! Anime!
Gotta start thinking of what to bring over to the UK and pack for it, of course. Print documents and what not. And now with a time limit to watch out for, outings are going to start flooding in before a 9 months parting. Might not be back next summer depending on whether i find an internship there.. and if so, that'd be a full 2 years before I see the singaporean faces again.
Thinking about internships, and basically the future, just gets me too emotional. =/ Gone are the days where my path before me is laid out nicely -- where goals are so clearly crafted out there with limited choices.
Streaming, aim EM1.
PSLE, aim RGS(im sure everyone does that!!!) but SN con us to putting SN as first choice. because "what if u no school! then if u dont put us as first choice we might not be able to accept u :P" diaooo.
O levels, aim 6 points. Which i didnt get thanks to my language :P
A levels, aim Straight As. Which i also didnt get, thanks to CONTRASTING SUBJECT. pbfft.
Uni, okay aim first class. But what next? Go where? UK? SGP? US? RAWR. The singapore education system totally spoilt us(me) in the sense that choosing something or making a life changing decision feels so hard. I've been pampered way too much and i don't like how I turn out to be because of that. Too weak. Too quiet. Too lack of opinions.
And i'm also thinking on how my attention span is pretty short. I want to learn THIS THAT and THOSE! But after a few months, i stop learning all of em. I have reasons for stopping, but i guess they are all just excuses, cOnsidering how my piano playing kept on going. Then again, it kept on going on because I had to take exams with it. Without exams, i played less and less. Going to the UK meant that i dint play it for months! Now that i'm back, i'm not touching it everyday anymore :( Not constantly learning new songs anymore :( Oh no.
Don't like how this entry is all about ME.
