D. Gray-man
I've gotten caught up on both the anime and manga of D.Gray-man. In a huge shocker I'm leaning towards liking the anime better which makes this about the 3rd anime that was based off a manga where I've liked the anime version better. I think it's the fact they're only 15 episodes in and already have put in Kanda filler eps; frankly the bastard was gone for way too long in the manga.
I found the source of my Kanda lust; he reminds me of Aya (*purrs*) since they're both sexy, cold hearted bastards, who aren't really that bad when it comes right down to it and use the katana as their weapon of choice. All Kanda needs is an ugly orange sweater angsty back-story explaining the reason he's cursed and became an Exorcist is because of a younger sister.
Speaking of Kanda...Is he really dead? I know Road and Miranda say he's dead but we just see him swearing and then the place falling apart along with the tag line: "Victory!! But with it Kanda faces...!!" That kinda indicates he's alive and I'm a firm believer no one is dead until we've seen their mangled corpse and even then it's possible for them to 1) be still alive since the corpse was fake and/or 2) they get resurrected.
This series isn't exactly skimping on the blood and I don't think Kanda would die that easily or in such a ame way (if you're going to die, go out in style)
