And fans say that CLAMP never delivers
This scan is what I always wanted from the TRC ending. A bunch of small pictures that show all the characters we met throughout the series.
Seriously, I wanted that and I wanted Kurogane and Fay to remain together (instead of Kurogane going back to Nihon and Fay doing whatever). And CLAMP delivered with the deluxe addition of the last volume.
I'm surprised that the X foursome appeared together. I wonder if this means that things worked out for them. Unless CLAMP says otherwise, I'm going with 'yes'.
-Kazuki looks adorable.
-Was Piffle!Tomoyo always that cute?
-Lantis looks grumpy. I'm guessing the cause is Eagle. xD
-Kamui is also grumpy but that's nothing unusual.
-I wish Yasha and Ashura were actually shown instead of just their statues. I know they died and became gods but still. I guess it's fitting though since they're two of the few characters to survive RG Veda. I'm still not happy though.
-I always love it when Kendappa and Souma appear together.
-Ditto for Sorata and Arashi.
-Seeing Oruha makes me really wish that Kazuhiko made an appearance with her.
-Same for Icchan and Chitose. I wonder if those two will ever actually appear in a manga together. *crosses fingers for Kobato*
-Nokoru, Suoh and Akira needed a better picture. They're half-hidden behind the Nihon picture and you can only really see Nokoru.
