Warcraft

I started playing BGs the other day (needed the G.N.E.R.D.S achievement for Halloween). I never realized how much fun they were. They always seemed so scary before so I never tried them (I'm an undergeared BM Hunter, not the best choice for PvPing). Yeah, I originally started on a PvP realm (where my brother played, was a Warlock and only got to about lv42), but it was one of the "new realms" that had been released with BC so the Horde massively out numbered the Alliance.

Today was so damn frustrating though. The daily was to win AB so I sign up for it even though I'm not crazy about it. 30 seconds after the battle began people would start saying "Alliance is winning, just let them capture all locations to get this over with". Umm... WHAT! We just started and you already want to give up because we're a little behind!?

And the worst part is, most people did give up! Ten people would just stand there, doing nothing while the other five of us were at least trying to do something (and were getting massacre but at least we were trying).

So after the lost, I try again with another group and the same thing happens! And it happens with the next one too, and the one after that! Finally I got fed up and quit. I plan on trying later tonight when hopefully more people who act like adults and not little kids will be on.

It's just, don't sign up for BGs if you don't plan on actually playing! Someone else could have been in there instead!

I'm a complete n00b at BGs and it felt like I knew more than those so-called experts I was playing with this afternoon.

wow
