(no subject)
Well, Christmas is over. It depresses me, but I survived one more year of decorating for Christmas. It is sort of hard to explain, but my family turns insane during the Holiday Season. My mom sort of becomes a scrooge, Dad is always a scrooge, so that leaves me to decorate the outside of the house. That's fine I suppose, but I can sometimes use a little help. And it seems like something wants to go wrong every year, and Christmas lights irritate me because I would think that they could be improved so that they wouldn't be such a pain in the ass. Like, even the ones that are supposed to stay on regardless don't necessarily. But whatever. I waited until the last minute this year to decorate. I think I put the decorations up like three days before Christmas, and our tree was decorated maybe one day before Christmas. Lol...
I keep trying to think of some good resolutions I can make for the new year. I'm going to try to exercise daily I think. Yea, I know that isn't very original of me. I also have got to try to keep my room more organized. It is pretty pathetic in here right now. Actually, its right past pathetic and just damn right disgusting.
I think it's sort of ridiculous that Saddam's execution has overshadowed Gerald Ford's funeral. I get sick of the news constantly reporting on the war. Yes, we all know it's not going well. And no, we don't need to be reminded of it every freaking second.
I went to see Night at the Museum tonight. It was fairly good. I'm not a harsh critic of movies, so don't base anything by what I say. As long as I don't fall asleep, I figure the movie is okay lol. There were some good previews though. I'll be seeing Shrek the Third, The Simpsons Movie, Spiderman 3, and I might rent Happily Never After. It seems like there was something else previewed, but I can't remember. I don't care that much about The Fantastics sequel. I didn't enjoy the first one.
Yea, so I really didn't have anything worth saying. Once upon a time I had meaningful blogs full of rants and stuff, but I've sort of mellowed out I guess. Either way, I'll leave you with some wonderful Christmas photos I took of myself. Haha. They're lame but whatever.
