Kusano whistled merrily as he strolled through the hall of the hotel to his room. As he rounded the corner, he noticed someone sitting in front of his room door. He grinned, recognizing the person immediately. Picking up his pace, he jogged over to the person and knelt down in front of him.
"Konbanwa, Tatsuya~," he sang; his smile dispersed when he noticed the deathly expression gracing his boyfriend's face. "What's wrong?"
Ueda picked up his head slowly. His anger fiercing through his head, and his eyes shot glared at Kusano. Ueda opened his mouth but no words came out. Gathering all his strength Ueda stood up, his glaring eyes never leaving Kusano.
Kusano stared up at up at Ueda in confusion. His eyes seemed to gleam brightly with anger- it reminded Kusano of the first time they met, when he accidentally snapped the strings on the older one's guitar. Nervously, Kusano stood up, his gaze focused on Ueda. He remained silent.
Kusano grimaced, but obeyed- even after their owner-slave relationship ended, he still felt that it was necessary for him to do what Ueda requested. He stepped into his room after opening the door and waited for Ueda to enter before closing it.
Ueda shivered. He would have liked it better if Kusano remmembered and did not want to go out with him other than actually forgetting Ueda. "you forgot about me.."
"Forgot about you?" Kusano frowned and tilted his head slightly. He didn't get what Ueda was saying. Then, when he hit him like a baseball bat swinging wildly at the ball in hopes of a home run, he grew flustered and bit his lip. "Tatsuya, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to forget. I..." He took a little step towards Ueda, hoping that he wouldn't push him away.
Ueda took a step back as he noticed Kusano was stepping forward. Ueda was way off, way passed pissed off. "you did .. forget. " Ueda shook his head slowly, the feeling of pain and anger stabbing his heart, for some stupid reason. "forget it then, if I'm not worth remembering, then I'm not worth being here." Ueda suddenly stabbed Kusano with those words.
Ueda's words hurt. They really did. He didn't mean to let their date slip from his mind; he got carried away with being with Ueto and Tegoshi. He felt terrible, but was it really that bad of him to forget that Ueda had to bring him down like that?
"Wha- Tatsuya-" Kusano moved forward and grabbed Ueda's arm, trying to calm him down with his touch. "Don't say things like that. I'm sorry!"
Ueda's dead glare continued to stay. When Kusano grabbed his arm, Ueda quickly circled his arm pulling away. "your the one who wanted another date, and you know what, i couldn't wait for it." mind planning everything we should do together "and here, you didn't even want it to happen."
When Ueda pulled away, it reminded Kusano of how his mother had always been. When he tugged at the hem of her skirt to get her attention, she slapped his hand and stormed off. Or when he tried to hug her, she pushed him away and threatened to chuck him off somewhere. It was as if he were on fire all the time. It pained Kusano terribly, his heart ablaze in sadness.
He lowered his head; he had no more to say. What could he say anyway when he knew that Ueda didn't want to hear him anymore? He bit his lip.
Ueda sighed big, more like a pissed off sign. "I'm not worth it huh?" He asked a simple question. "fine." without even letting Kusano answer he made that decision, and began to walk away.
"Konbanwa, Tatsuya~," he sang; his smile dispersed when he noticed the deathly expression gracing his boyfriend's face. "What's wrong?"
