So I just got an email from NUFS saying that I have to pay for things that A), they said that they would cover, and B), there are several other good reasons for them not to charge. My response? Five paragraphs of this:



I'm not paying until I get a legitimate explanation for all of my questions. I'll post the full email if you want, but like I said, it's a bit long xD
