This school has pretty much been amazing. Yeah, last week was slow, the first two days weren't so good, and it's only the third week, but it's still being pretty much amazing.
The After School Bus Stop group is back! =] Except different. This time, the ASBS consists of Josh S, Zack G, this Brittany girl who I remember from 2 years ago because she was friends with Jocelyn, Monique, and me. We stood at The Corner (top of Pearsall, intersecting Nassau) for about half an hour laughing at Josh the entire time. He would chase random cars that passed us by and one of them happened to be driven by Kate A's mom. XD Even better was the time when this old car was sounding like it was having trouble going up the hill so Josh stood there chanting "You can do it, you can do it!" in this high-ish pitched voice. When it finally reached the top, Josh walked to the car with his arm extending and went, "Yay! You get a balloon!" lmao It was a lot better if you were there but yeah... that completely made by day. =D
OH MY GOD. Remember when I used to write out my entire schedule and what I did in each class? Aww. I miss it. You know what? I'm gonna do that right now...
-Video- I'm in a group with Troy J, Carlos (a senior), Jesse (the redheaded one), and this freshman who I keep forgetting the name of (and feel bad for doing) for this lighting project where we have to portray different emotions using lighting. Of course, being the horror movie buff that I am, I picked fear. We're filming my story first and, as all groups with Troy and Jesse in it go, it's not going very well. We only got 2 out of 6 shots done today and all 5 of our videos are due this Friday. Fun.
-Global- Boringness. Fire drill. OLIVVIIAA! More boringness. Bell.
-Double Chemistry- Holy crap. Sooo boring. Shoot me.
-Lunch- We spent the first half talking about the book John's reading for this English class that's all about this perverted guy (a.k.a. someone I do not want to go into detail about). Then we spent the other half contemplating suicide. In the end, we all decided that jumping out of a parachute into a volcano would be really cool.
Hahaha. I was just thinking... how would you answer your parents if they asked you what books you're reading in your English class this year? XD
-Street Law- Learned more about hate crimes and read this article on some dude who was jumped for being a Satanist. I actually went to the Church of Satan website and it's not bad. Well, the writing is because it's really crap at explaining to you what it's about, but I like the idea of Satanism. Unlike the misleading name, it's not about worshipping Satan. Satanists don't believe in God, the devil, or hell. The article lists some beliefs: "Life is here and now and in your own hands. Nothing supernatural exists. Image of Satanism is one of individuality." It's like Humanism except more anti-Christianity-ish. Yeah. Surprise.
-English- Antorino talks to us like we're Kindergarteners. It's funny.
-Spanish- YOO. I GOT A 100 ON THE QUIZ! =O Seriously, that's an amazing grade for me in a class like hers. I spent an hour making flash cards and an entire lunch period going over them... I think that was the most studying I've ever done for a quiz in my life. I don't think I even spent that much time studying for the regents, haha. So yeah. Yay.
-Math- Also got a 100 on the test. I'm on fire, yo. Except we started logs again, meaning my good grades have officially ended, haha.
Eh. I've ran out of interesting things to say.
P.S. I just realized that I've been spelling "Kindergarten" wrong for my entire life. I've been spelling it "Kindergarden." Gosh. Nice job, Michelle.
