in such a good mood
So good news everyone im going back to GC next year. I got approved to do my student teaching in southeast Mi. So yay!!!!! For once things are going my way. Now all I got to do is get approved from my summer paid program to teach in Detroit for summer school and find a subleaser and im all set. Oh and get a liscense and a car.....minor details.
Today was the last day of school before thanksgiving. Glad I dont have to deal with Bruce on thursday or the butch lesbian.
I get to see the fam tomorrow. Cant wait.
My sister said Alexa weighs 10 pounds 9 ounces now. Shes gettin to be a little chunk. But such a cute one. Im so glad that ill get to be around to see her grow up. It definetly means alot.
So I had this thougth today. Though my parents are not divorced around the holidays I feel like they are. My dad always works when he should be home with the fam. Last thanksgiving he had the day off but my mom went up north so I cooked dinner. The year before that everyone but my dad went up north. and this year its just the same. Its like alternating holidays with each parent. I dont like it and i know my mom hates it too. My dad never is around for family events.
I think this is why i get so mad at David when he cant be with my family. I start to feel like my mom. Always explaining where your man is and that he doesnt hate the fam. He's just busy. My mom does this all the time. Has done it for 22 years. I don't want to have to do that. Ok just venting now time to go.
