How long will it take before the newly-hatched pokemon will evolve to its final stage?

As for how long... That would depend upon your training regiment! Gunnar Gear here took roughly three months to reach this point. However, that was with training spread out amongst my entire team! If you were truly motivated, I imagine you could easily cut off a week or two.
