Notes: OMG. This fic was phenomenal. I am a believer now-- this pairing more than works. Man, there are just so many good things about this fic. To start, the characters are awesome. Penelope is confident, alluring, smart, and sexy as hell and Reid is just so Reid--he's awkward and intense and eager and curious and it was like the author plucked him right out of the television series and thrust him into her fic. She also did a great job of portraying him as the inexperienced virgin without making him some innocent maiden. And holy hell, the chemistry between these two! It was palpable. And unbearably sexy. I also adored the way Penelope and Reid explored and rationalized their budding relationship. It was so very, very them. I freaking adore this fic, and I sincerely hope that the author writes this pairing again (and again and again) because she does it SO well. I wish I could give her a trophy for this fic (or at least a hug), I really do.
