Well, the next chapters of Virulence and When We Return Home are both fini, just waiting for the word from Jinxx before I send them off. This week has been going pretty good, everything considered. It's time Reina got ready for the AP exams, which means getting some more review books.
I made burgers last night from scratch, at let me say, they were pretty awesome. Here's the recipe for any interested folk:
2lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Tbsp italian spices or hamburger spices.
Mix well in large bowl, refridgerate for 2-4 hours. For best results marinate for 1 day. Shape into 1/2 inch patties. Grill for six minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your satisfaction.
They were pretty yummy, and didn't fall apart. Depending on how you do it, they can sometimes come out a bit meatloafy
