Hi Reims. I'm Mizu, and I'm bringing this annoying ball of derp back into the game, Floe from Simoun. I played her here a few months ago but I epic failed in RL and abruptly lost the voice for a while. But! I am back now and I intend to be a better RPer and not be a complete loser like last time! WOO!
For reference, Floe was here last year but is being retconned back into HS2 anyway. Fight me.
