After reading over and discussing your application, we have decided that we cannot accept your application at this time for the following reasons:
-Unfortunately, we do not feel that the personality presented is an accurate representation of the character of Xigbar. While we do allow some changes, such as genderswapping and alterations to history, that may affect a character's personality, at the core they should still be recognizable as the same person. We do not feel that is the case in this application, and that the changes have moved too far away from the original source.
-The computer skills presented were not justified anywhere in the history. Because they are said to be very high, this is necessary.
-The history presented does not seem to match the way her personality has shaped, and it gives her a number of skills that come off as a bit unbelievable. In addition to being extremely intelligent, effortlessly acing tests and earning high grades while still spending much of her time partying, the character still manages to maintain a high level of proficiency with several activities such as dance and playing the piano. While this in and of itself would not be entirely objectionable, it feels unnecessary given how far removed it is from canon. Furthermore, we find it hard to believe she was able to brush off a traumatic car accident without experiencing any difficulty adjusting or having it affect, for example, her dancing, which requires depth perception. All in all, while we have few problems with the individual pieces of the history, put together in this manner we find it unrealistic and disconnected from the way her personality is presented, and ultimately falls too far from the character's source.
