[Marisa was just staring at the pile of tennis balls that had just rained out of the cabinet she's opened.

A few moments later and she snickered.]

[ Making the rounds of the school to watch the prank come to fruition is much more important than getting to class on time. He hears Marisa's laughter and pokes his head into the classroom. ]

[Marisa glanced over at Firo as he looked in and then kicked a ball at him.]

That's good to hear.

[ He managed to get out of the ball's path. Wandering closer to the cabinet, he picked up one of the tennis balls. ]

So what do you think you'll do with all these?

Leave 'em here. Not my problem.

You could take 'em and use 'em for somethin' else.

[ Like paying it forward, only bringing people more misery. ]

I don't got any use for a bunch of tennis balls, ze. Other than kicking them at smug underclassmen~

[ He breaks off, frowning ]

I wasn't bein' smug. And how do you know for sure I'm an underclassman?

[She chuckles and grins]
Are you certain I'm talking about you? I know many a smug underclassman.

Considerin' you just kicked a tennis ball at me, and that's what you said you do to 'smug underclassmen...'

But, hey, in this case, I'd be happy to be wrong.

[She kicks another ball at him]

There. That one was just. for. you.

I just said I was happy to be wrong. Meanin' I'm not a smug underclassman and you can feel free not to chuck these things at me.

[ He scoops it up once it falls and tosses it her way. ]

You're not smug or you're not an underclassman?

[She grins as she ducks the ball and kicks another at him.]

[ He hops to the side to avoid the ball and kicks some of the ones scattered on the floor towards her feet. ]

Both. Well, I guess maybe an underclassman. What grade are you?

[Those ones bounce off her legs as she chuckles. It's always cute when they don't know who she is...]

3rd year, high school.

Huh. I guess you are an overclassman, then.

[ He's a little disappointed. ]
