Meiling!

[There is a small child skipping over to this person. OBLIVIOUS TO EVERYTHING, except that there was a familiar person here and maybe they wanted to play.

What are social cues?]

Meiling, Meiling!

[parlezvousnaps]

[ The redhead looks up at hearing her name, head turning left and right a few times. ] Huh? Who--?

Oh! [ It's the blond sister. Meiling puts on a special effort to smile. ] Hi, Flandre!

[jolie_aile]

[That skipping speeds up when Meiling calls her name; she's practically bouncing by the time she gets there.]

Hi!

[Another bounce and she's now flying at Meiling's shoulders. She's dropped her parasol in the process of liftoff, though.]

Ha--! [ That's about all Meiling can get out before she just barely manages to catch the little girl.

Unfortunately, the way she's sitting, it doesn't allow her all that much in the way of balance so the launch tips her right over and onto her back on the grass. ] Oof!

[First, Flandre makes sure no limbs have been dislocated. That was dizzying and made her squeak.

Second she realizes she can't really breathe. But she's going to try talking anyway because this was important.]

I caught Meiling!

[Needless to say it's kind of muffled.]

[ It takes her a moment to recover. At least it wasn't a soccer ball to the face. That stuff stings! ]

[ Then she laughs, a little out of breath. ] Haha, you did! [ Flushing a bit, she shifts a bit and reaches her hands under Flandre's arms, lifting her gently up. ] Are you okay? That was a big hit!

[Flandre burbles a bit when she is lifted, though she only attempts to wiggle around once.]

I'm dizzy!

[She is cheerful.

Also rather disinclined to move. She would probably fall over right now if she tried. Flandre curls her hands up around Meiling's wrists and smiles in the meantime.]

[ Oh sweet oxygen. Meiling giggles. ] Well, you're not alone. You knocked the wind right out of me.

[Smiling pause.]

Does Meiling need a snorkel?

[parlezvousnaps]

Nope, just a breath! [ The redhead takes a deep breath and puffs her cheeks out to comically wide proportions. ]

[jolie_aile]

[Flandre's head twitches back a bit when Meiling's face is apparently replaced by some kind of red-haired pufferfish.

...then she pokes at one of those cheeks.]

[parlezvousnaps]

[ Meiling makes an exaggerated "pop" noise as she lets that air out, then giggles. ] Oh no, look at what happened!

[PUFFERFISH SPRUNG A LEAK QUICK MAKE IT STOP

Flandre squeaks again and briefly freezes up, unsure what to do next, and then claps her hands over Meiling's mouth to stop the air escaping. This was bad, right?]

[ She lets out a few muffled sounds, staring down cross-eyed at Flandre's hands. ]

[...that almost tickled.]

Is Meiling's head going to blow up?
