What were your reasons for transferring here?

It does, but it's still kind of a weird time to transfer! You have to have a really good and/or interesting reason to do so at any time other than the beginning of the year.

I simply missed the enrollment date due to a life schedule. I have credits that transfer, all is well.

I... suppose, yes, it is. Though, in the end, it also depends on the type of questions you are asking. If they are too intrusive, of course no one will answer.
