An actual update
So. I've been requested to update this beast on a normal basis. I've been meaning to, but things have been pretty hectic, so it just never seems to happen. A couple of people that I know are creating new journals though, so perhaps with their continual updates I'll be able to keep mine updated.
This is definitely going to be going to friends only though, and when I get some random moments in time, I will be going through my archive and making everything I've posted private, so if you're reading this and you want to keep doing so, add me as a friend and we'll see what happens. If I know you, you'll automatically get added. If not, I'll hit you up with a message to hear your purposes.
I've been fucking with my layout recently, and I'm still not really sure that I like what I have right now, so expect the changes to keep happening. I really wish I knew more about computers; I'd probably make my own layout. The crap that LJ has is pretty terrible. I really like the layout that Steph made for the xanga that I almost never update either. I wonder if it's possible to transfer that, or use it somehow. That'd be neat.
I'm actually really looking forward to updating this. I've been really lax on my writing recently, and that kind of makes me sad. I pretty much always travel with a notebook and a book of random prompts, but every time I pull them out, I get sidetracked by one thing or another. I had a book in the works this summer, and I seem to have completely abandoned the idea, which is very unfortunate. I'd actually really like to see where that things goes. At this point, I think I'd end up changing the entire storyline, and making it more accurate to the real events that it was based on. Not really positive on that though.
So anyways. This is just my, "hey guys, I swear I'm going to update" post before I actually make a real update about my life. I'm only doing this so that people who read this and aren't friended will know that they need to do so if they wish to continue reading. ^.^
