When I've been to Tokyo last year, they had a song played up and down in almost every shop I went, be it combini or manga-store. I don't knowe the name of the song, nor do I know who sings it, but it has one special thing: It has parts from the classical "Nessun Dorma" in it. It also has quite a beat and it is only boys (at least three different ones, I think) who sing it. It must've been super popular in summer 2007 in Japan.
Maybe that rings a bell? I just can't seem to find that song, no matter what ^^;

Hn, I have to admit I don't know Nessum Dorma this well and even after listening to it I can't say I heard a song with it in it O.o If you can give me the month you were in Japan I might be able to narrow the choice down somewhat since it has to have been in the Oricon to be played that much ^^
Just one more question: male or female vocalist? girl or boy group? I should have your song since I do have the Oricon from that time but I can't search through everything, sorry!
All male vocalists, no girls at all. I even daresay the guy who sings the "Nessun Dorma" parts is a guest singer, because he sounds very classical and a bit older than the rest ;).
