Naruto is one of the characters that I don't think I'm ever going to feel comfortable with writing, so I shortchange him a whole lot, but, yeah. He's the one trying to keep the three of them together, he gets to be the one that gets laid. *grin*

I was almost tempted to move into Sasuke's POV at the end of the sex, though, because the only reason he did or said half of what he did is because he could sense their emotions; but his motivations are pretty much obscure through the rest of the story so I figured why start now. Plus, even that wouldn't have mattered if Naruto had tried to pull this off before they started playing Konoha.

...unless I've misuderstood what you meant about Naruto, which with the way things've been going the last few days, is entirely possible. But either way, thank you for putting my mind to rest about the sex. There is no way to explain how much I worried over that damn stuff.

(Maybe it's because in the context of a threesome, they still have a kind of mutual centering, or connection with Naruto that can get ignored in the plain pairing? It's sometimes hard to imagine that Sasuke would manage to be affectionate to Sakura if he couldn't focus his aggression on Naruto; but that...doesn't really help, since it ought to work platonically too just with changes due to Naruto probably holding back more since Sasuke belongs to Sakura more now, and she'd throw things at him if he broke him.

...I'll just go with "weird," yeah.)

*laugh* Thank you. I've been working on the premise that Megumi doesn't so much have a conscience as a set of loyalties, so as long as Ichiro is still recognizably Ichiro, she's on his side. (She's going to be annoyed when it becomes apparent that his habit of breaking things in frustration is lasting, though.)

I felt bad for the couple, but after the two of them landed in a month of Leafnin-induced hell after leaving another bystander alive? All potential risks must die. You can never say Ichiro doesn't learn from past actions.
