Going up to my cottage for a couple days. I'm in need of some relaxing,
and UFC. It's the weekend marathon so i'm all pumped up...did anyone
see that fight between Matt Hughes and Triggs the other night? Mickey?
LIONS practise last night.
One step closer to bringing you (the fans) the most monstrous sounding
band since Jethro Tull.
One step closer at finishing a free jazz section that would make Dean
Yeats cry for mercy.
One step closer at bringing Mickey's vocalized expertise into the picture.
One step closer at recording our EP and cleaning up the trailer for a
trip.
The tour has been set. Well, not really...but the idea of taking my
dads old trailer and transforming it into touring trailer is too much
of a possibility right now. We're going to make separate compartments
and such for amps/drums/extra gear and then paint that fucker.
I know it's a long ways away, and it involves a lot of money...which we
would have from my income tax return (1200 - 1500$) but touring seems
almost perfect for next summer. Cody thinks doing a smaller 15 date
stretch across southern ontario and quebec would be ideal. I on the
other hand prefer spending ton more money (my money) on doing a 15
date east coast tour.
Of course, we'll try and hook up most of the shows by ourselves because
DIY is the way to bro. BUT, we're definetly going to have to get some
suggestions from a booking agent.
