DAY 1: Supernatural Real Person Fiction.
AKA: My favorite romantic J2 fanfic. There are a shit-ton of truly brilliant fic from this fandom but these are my favorite romantic ones. These are the ones that, despite being read over and over, still fill me with warm fuzzies and make me swoon.

Note: This is my favorite romantic J2 fic. Jared and Jensen's bromance-to-romance is absolutely epic. They just love each other so much and it's the most heart-melting and amazing thing in the world.

Jared has no problem going after what he wants, and now it’s just a matter of Jensen letting himself do the same.
Notes: The fic was phenomenal-- it was touching and romantic and so wonderfully heartfelt. Jensen's insecurities, doubts, and shame seemed to leap right off the pages, and Jared, darling Jared, was just so wonderful that I wanted to extract him from the story and keep him in my pocket forever because surely everyone deserves to have someone so supportive and awesome in their life? Just. This was a really incredible, inspiring story.

Notes: Oh, this fic. Please don't be frightened by the summary-- the fic really is all kinds of remarkable. The relationship between Jensen and Jared never fails to make me weak in the knees. The only complaint I have about this fic is that it's not longer.

Notes: I think I've read this about a million times. I have such a thing for this theme and this one was particularly well done. It's a riveting story and the romance is just groundbreaking.

Notes: Okay, so I really love these types of fics, I admit it. Especially when it's well done, like this one is. Not only is the budding romance between Jensen and Jared amazing, but the actual story line is fantastic. It has its faults but they're rather overshadowed by how enjoyable and engaging the story is overall.

Notes: Choosing only one of felisblanco's fics was not easy. I eventually decided on this one because it's the one I come back to the most. This fic is really stunning. If you're looking for beginning-to-end fluff you won't find it here. You will, however, find a gripping story full of amazing characters, excellent writing, and an intense romance. This is a favorite of mine for a reason.

Notes: Because every fandom needs a pride-fic full of glitter. This is such a delightful and entertaining read! Despite how bold and flashy Jared is the friendship, and then relationship, between him and Jensen is so soft and sweet. This fic really is beyond lovely.
