Kenta Suga's first TV leading role! TBS "-Peace Maker" in January by Sports Hochi
Actor Kenta Suga (15) will be starring in a new TBS drama series "Shinshengumi PEACE MAKER" broadcasting (at midnight) January 14. Though it is his first starring TV role, he starred in the movies "Hanada Shonenshi - Yuurei to Himitsu no Tunnel" (2006) and "Tsurikichi Sampei" (2009). In a youth-action drama set in the Edo period, we'll see a new side of Suga who's role is a Shinsengumi boy.
Suga, who is known for his role in "Always - Zoku 3chome no Yuhi" (2005), was called a very talented child actor, is to appear as a patriot (loyal) of the Tokugawa Shogunate.

The series also co-stars ikemen actors. From the young actor group "D-BOYS", Tomo Yanagishita (21) plays Souji Okita... Choshu clan leader Harada Sanosuke will be played by Yusuke Izaki (25) from the dance unit "FLAME"... Yuta Furukawa (22) plays as Tetsunosuke's brother, Tatsunosuke... while the role of Toshimaro Yoshida will be played by "D-BOYS" Hirofumi Araki (26).
