What an interesting day...
Wowwie, so we did school until 1. Its hotter then hell over here right now too. The pastor decided we would do a coffee house Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a few hours while we are still here. But having had no break since we got to this church we were burnt out. All day on Thursday we were running around and we are dead. So today we had to get as many people to come for a coffee house... we were not happy.
Dan had wandered around Tokyo so it was just Patrick, Susan, Jessica and I. I don`t think I mentioned anything about Jessica. She got to this church only days before we did, shes from California and her church sent her here for 3 weeks. So when she leaves, we do to. She`s way perky, kinda hard to keep up with. Susan and I think her and Patrick should get hitched. Anyway, we all prayed together for energy, that jessica would find cheap clothes, Susan and Patrick would have money in their bank account, and that we would find people God wants us to talk to about coffee house.
Well on our way we went to Uniclo. Its like the japanese gap. Its amazing, the shirts are crazy japanese english. And they sell nice Kimonos for about $40. I am so getting one before I go home. Anyway, we needed to hand out 30 fliers so we decided TIT would be best. We couldn`t figure out where, and asked some random japanese lady walking by. She didn`t know and walked with us to a Police Box to ask him, he didn`t know either. So she walks us to her job, where we meet like 15 other people who all read the flyer and talk to us. Some other lady said she would walk with us to the station, it was a pretty long walk.
One hour later, we get to the station. She was awesome, but our legs were killing us. We got back to the church and noticed that every prayer was answered. So we quickly get up and check Susan`s bank account and lo and behold its there. After a week of waiting. Hooray.
I AM SO DEAD TIRED!! But its ok, we get the morning off. Which means we get to sleep in! Well... for like an hour. Then its off to Shinjuku for shoping with Susan, Jessica and I. I am excited, I am buying postcards for you all. I haven`t been to shinjuku in a while, so I am excited. Going straight to Tokyu Hands, and then the huge 7 story Kinokuniya! YAY, so w00t for that. Then back to TIT to get people to come to Coffee House. Sunday is an all day affare, and then Monday we have the whole day off!! So we will be going to OME to pick up some stuff. Maybe drop by Book Off for some of you I promised some Manga for. ^.~
Reason I haven`t put any pictures up lately is because I am on someone else`s computer and can`t get online with my computer. So when I am in OME on Monday I might be able to.
So I am going to get some sleep... long day tomorrow. ^.^
