Smallville Hijinks!
Wee bit late writing about these, because I got busy with other stuff earlier.
1.17: Cat's unsure about the whole football-replaces-fishing plot, but then agrees it's not her problem. She goes with Clark and Chloe to investigate the old lady's "spontanious combustion". Therefore, she's there when Tyler gives Martha a scare. However, Tyler ends up touching Cat's face rather than Clark's. Clark dutifully (and forcefully) shoves him away. Clark still goes off to fight Tyler away from Whitney's dad, while Cat stays behind, as per parents' wishes. She watches the mock-football game, though.
1.18: Clark recieves endless teasing from his sister for the presidency canidacy. (i.e. "Clark for president, huh? Maybe I should sign up for cheerleading squad leader...") Not much else changes for this episode, except at the end when Clark has both Lana and Cat chanting "Speech! Speech! Speech! Speech!" until he finally gives the darn thing.
