Mercy Corps
So, I think I found my fucking dream job.
Fuck yeeeaaaahhh humanitarian non-profit organization. I'm actually thinking that I might pursue a grad degree in public health from UHM. Their MPH and DrPH programs both look awesome, and Mercy Corps has some really badass field internships available for grad students. I scared the shit out of my mom by telling her that the database admin internship was in Myanmar. They also have offices in Portland OR, Washington DC, and Cambridge MA.
And right after I was thinking about how I needed to buy some good coffee (I have Folgers in my kitchen, guys, EWWW) I find MERCY CORPS COFFEE which sounds tasty. I'm gonna order some, I'll tell you if it's good.
A coffee I know is good is Oren's Blend 44 which I got as the coffee of the day the other day and HOT DAMN is it good. We ended up buying a pound because it is so freaking tasty. I hope they keep it around for a long time, it's my favorite by far.
