Make sure you dilute the Dr Bonners in a shit load of water if you got the liquid... I made the mistake of not doing that and it REALLY flared up my eczema... Also make sure you moisturize a lot... It's really drying stuff!

I got the bar :o I know it's gonna KICK MY ASS, but that's precisely what I got it for. After the 17 hour flight to Japan I will want it!

My skin is also tough as nails and nothing short of sandpaper or acid really irritates it.

OMG when are you going to Japan?!?! I am sooo jealous! I went there a few years ago and would move there in a heart beat if I could afford it and find a job there that wasn't teaching English or something else that would bore me to death!

ME TOO OMFG. I'm going in May, for like ten days. It's part of a thing with my school, we have a sister school there.
