Heat at last, heat at last!
My roommate finally caved and turned the heat on. After two nights of it being around freezing, she came to me and said "I'm going to hold out until November 1st. That okay?"
Now, I've been telling her to turn the heat on at night since it started dipping in to the mid/low 40F's, so this sounds fine to me. Bring on the warm, I say!
Well she decided it was too cold to handle (high today was 54F I think, low is 36F-- warmer than yesterday) and turned it on anyway. My computer desk is right next to the wall, which means right next to the baseboard heater. One side of me is warm and the other is still cold. It's interesting.
Now I can finally clean all the clothes up in my room because I don't have to wear all my winter clothes inside! Yaaay.
In other news, I'm taking my car to get inspected tomorrow. Should be fun... Errr... By "fun" I mean "quite lame" but at least it will give me some time to read.
Oh shit. I still need to clean my car, and it's now 40F and dark. :(
