A while back I posted on how I was participating in a pilates bootcamp and how I wanted to get the exercise but I was pretty sure that all their claims about changing bodies was bullshit.
Well I just got my measurements back after a month of bootcamp. I lost half an inch around each arm, 2 inches around each thigh, and two inches around my hips.
That's pretty cool. Since I don't have kids, I hung up my results on my refrigerator and Jason told me how proud of me he was. Hehe.
We worked out our legs a lot which is supposed to help with endurance for running. So I'm going out for a run later this afternoon to see if it's true.
