There's a saying that I think about quite often and it tends to keep me sane and in a positive frame of mind. "What happens today will be completely forgotten in a year's time". It's true for almost everything, but certainly does not work with everything. There are many things that can’t ever be erased no matter how deep down you try to suppress them. There are many things that should be freely spoken about, shared with your friends, family, whoever you fukn want to converse with but unfortunately too many people are quick to criticise or talk down to you, or most of all, cut you down because some things just shouldn’t be spoken about. How is anyone supposed to progress positively through their life when so many people aren't prepared to listen?
