Those living within the City, typically can pass for human. Underground; there's an obvious diversity.

Well, that is a shame. The underground is where I can see these non-humans? I'm afraid as a diplomat, I must at least try to convince them of the worth of humanity.

Specialty butchers and tanners can be found via the Black Market - large bulk of their supplies comes from there.
