Lucifer's currently lounging in a chair with a drink in one hand, his feet propped up on a footstool. Obviously, he's in a decent mood today -- or at least, he looks amused. No wonder, since he has a certain book by Dante Alighieri in his hands at the moment.

Good book, that. Not quite accurate. He forgot the hanging by your ankles, watching twenty-four hour election coverage. Now that is torture.

*there's a brief pause, and it's completely unclear what Lucifer's thinking -- then he suddenly smiles, a wry smile*

Well, well. You've managed to accomplish something that I never will.

*smiles wider and saunters over to stand in front of Lucifer's chair* Why Lu, what's the matter? *leans forward, resting his hands on the arms of Lucifer's chair, right in his face* You jealous?

*calmly looks back at him* Not of you. You're merely going to be one of the few billion souls in Heaven, bored for all eternity. I'm just rather displeased that I don't get a chance to torture you.

*raises his eyebrows, not backing away* Sorry to have ruined your fun. Any way I can make it up to you?

*quirks an eyebrow* Let me torture you now?

*proceeds to grab him by the collar and pull him in for a kiss -- a really, really rough one, probably biting at his lip so hard that it draws blood*
