Warped Tour = Best Day Ever!
Friday
9:30 - Leave for warped tour.
Entire car ride - Play every thrice song for, who then realizes how much they rock.
11:30 - arive at skylers aunts house, have amazing pizza, and go play pool at a billiards place.
12:50 - Jesse hits Skyler in the nuts with the 15 ball.
1:30 - Fall asleep on a bunk bed.
Saturday
9:00 - wake up.
9:45 - Leave for tweeter center.
10:45 - Realize that Jesse bought me a premire parking ticket, not an entry ticket.
10:50 - See the sign that reads "Warped Sold Out!"
10:51 - I comence cursing, alot.
11:00 - Jesse buys me a new ticket from a scalper (i love you jesse).
11:20 - Enter Warped Tour!
12:00 - Saw Reggie and the Full Effect. They played Slayer's raining blood, It was awsome.
12:50 - Saw the All-American Rejects. The singer was really annoying but the songs were pretty good.
1:00 - Saw Opiate for the Masses. They fuckin rock!
2:00 - DROPKICK MURPHYS!! It was amazing. I almost passed out twice.
3:00 - Met Thrice! they all signed our magizines, but I had my cd case with me, and he notice it was one of the first editions with all the bonus stuff, and was like "thanks dude". I couldn't think of anything to say to Teppie (guitarist), so all that came out was "dude, you are awesome". I felt like a loser, but he was so cool and stuff, it was awesome.
3:30 - Ate a very expensive jumbo pretzel and drank a 4 dollar bottle if water.
4:45 - Went to The Starting Line. Posing as number one fans who had been to all of their concerts, we slowly worked our way to the front for Thrice who was on after them. They sucked so much!
5:30 - THRICE!!!! it was insanley cramped, hot and sweaty, and people kept landing on me from croud surfing. I see Skyler croud surf by, he looked like he was haveing a prety good time. After the second song, Nick and I croud surf out, go to the middle and watch in comfort. Sklyer kept on going back in and me and nick see him get launched into the air one time, it was awesome. After the show, we are all soaking wet with sweat, and we find Jesse who was in the front the whole time. "Dude, the was fuckin sweet." - Jesse, looking like he was hit by a train.
6:15 - 7:50 - sat in the tweeter stage watching bands, regaining our strength. Me and Jesse got and saw a little bit of The Offspring.
8:00 - Jesse and I saw Avenged Sevenfold. It was pretty fuckin sweet.
8:40 - everyone in the entire warped tour went into the Tweeter Center and saw Motion City Soundtrack, which was amazing. Second to Dropkick, I think they tied with the Thrice show. They were just so good, and the keyboarder was fucking insane.
9:30 - Hit the road home.
9:55 - Stop at a Denny's and eat the best tasting food in the world.
1:00 - Get home and crash.
