Frankly I cannot understand how that is supposed to work out between Lola and Greer's former fiancé. Firstly he isn't from France, so his tolerating the pregnancy and the child doesn't win him any favours with the French court. Secondly, it doesn't sound like Lola can hide it much longer so he'll surely know when they are married. I can't see him being okay with that (and how will Lola get her shot at a lovefilled marriage then?) whereas the guy from the last episode - well, he was gay, so he had a secret to hide himself and he was a vassal to the King of France so it'd make sense to do him that favour plus it would have also helped him as his father demanded an heir. So that whole part didn't make sense to me at all.
Bash being married to Kenna was a something I thought about since Kenna started nagging Henry about that titled husband and Bash was threatening Henry's throne/political goals. In "The Consummation" I thought that'd be where Henry was dragging Bash off to, to marry Kenna. So now that has happened. Btw, I always thought Henry was behind the assassination attempt.
I think what Catherine has to do is find a way so that Henry in his paranoia thinks he can trust only her. Otherwise she'll never get rid of him - outsourcing clearly didn't work this episode.
Of course there were a lot of other things to like: Bash and Francis mending their relationship, the music was good...
