cambridge = the culinary lush life.
yesterday i made my own butter, fresh. churned it, made one salted (with atlantic sea salt), and the other unsalted.
then i ate a semisweet chocolate with raspberry preserves crepe, for breakfast
the day before that, i ate homemade seitan with fresh iggy bread and circus bread.
i now have an old fashioned espresso maker and drink fair trade espresso every morning.
our house just got a...bread maker!
my friends' house just got a juicemaker.
next week:
foie gras, seared?
start canning various items?
