Lollapalooza
Michelle apparently just stole my thunder with the Miranda waddling. So, she's almost there. Next week she'll be running and we'll be hitting our heads saying "I wish she'd stay in one god damned place."
I took a couple of hours off from work today, and started to clean out the guest room in the basement for the cello lady. I hope I can get the laundry smell out of it, but, if not, oh well. I think I did about five loads of laundry today.
I also practiced for a couple of hours. It's weird to remember how much you can accomplish in terms of learning a couple of notes if you just sit down with a metronome. I mean, it's not perfect, but there's a lot more there there. Isn't that crazy? I remember having this revelation my sophomore year; I guess it's a lesson you have to learn once in a while.
When I was in college, very few people had cell phones. Like, Karey and Rob and that's it. I can't imagine what the con must be like now when everyone probably has a cell. Can you? No, I thought not. It was new, practicing here. When the wash ended, I stopped and put it in the dryer and started another load.

Last year, I went as Kim Jong Il for Halloween. This year, the plan is to go as Larry Craig. Does anyone have a better real person suggestion?
