Foster kitty family
At around 2 am in the middle of a History project (yet to be completed) I hear a little noise outside the window. It happens again. It's the distinct sound of a cat meowing to be let inside. I open up the back door and this beautiful young cat come prancing inside. She's very very friendly and has a collar on. She also looks thin and she really hungry. It's cold outside and just an hour before we were listening to the coyote calling to eachother.
So, we have a guest at the house. It seems like she's a housecat as she doesn't really want to go outside at all and we don't recognize her as one of the neighbor cats. She's really really friendly...so friendly that she was completely unfazed this morning when she met Ruth. I know that there must be a family out there missing their kitty...so if you hear about a tortoiseshell cat going missing in the Whatcom Falls area, please let me know.

I just found a notice asking for people to find her.
