Just a reminder...
I've had to mention this to a few, but I will post a general comment about it now.
We obviously have a rule about noone other than mods playing famous people; if they appear (aka Heydrich) you can be assured that it's zeonchar or myself. The primary reason for this is historical continuity; the secondary is abuse. The inclination to make them do something that they just wouldn't do in real life can be very strong.
People appear to be trying to get around this rule by having 'interactions' with famous people in their posts. aka:
-I was a happy little HJ boy running through the woods of the Obersalzburg before Hitler came over with blondi and had his doggie fuck me in the ass. Then Hitler used me like the outside of a sausage roll. "Well, young man," he said, "What an exceptionally tight sphincter you have."-
Um... no. Wouldn't have happened. Not appropriate here. This is obviously an exageration, but I think you see my point. I am trying very hard to keep this relatively period because it would be easy for it to degenerate into a camp 'Shewolff of the SS' parody.
For this reason, I am requesting that ALL direct interactions with the famous cease UNLESS you have prior mod approval. Where can you get that? reichrp@yahoo.com. Tell us what you want, and we are HAPPY to assist. We aren't trying to be killjoys here. But we are trying to maintain a certain level of real life continuity. And I realise that many Germans could say "I was at the rally and Hitler was so close we made eyecontact and then he shook my hand." If it's VERY general, and something you are SURE is period, you can probably get away with it. But you might end up seeing the pontiff in your post if you abuse this.

I've actually researched Heydrich A LOT for my writing, and his pecadillos were legendary. As were the 'exotic' (for the time) sexual tastes. Schellenberg wrote that the hookers of Berlins knew of Heydrich and were so put off by the things he wanted them to do that he had to send his adjutant to hire the girls for him. It was also known that he did have relationships with his secretaries, and when he was done with them, he would transfer them, or loan them for special projects (not sexual, generally) to other officers. I can cite at least three sources referring to this if required.
