AFA2010 CONCERT ROCKS!
YAY~~~~~! yesterday, i went to the event, AFA2010 (anime festival asia 2010) or AFAX (as some people call it)! and yes, i spent a bomb there! there is a big hole in my wallet but i am not regretting it. hahaha~ why should i when i brought myself some awesome stuff?! ☆(ﾟωﾟ☆)(☆ﾟωﾟ)☆ sadly, there were no yaoi doujinshi sold this year! ｶﾞ━━Σ(ﾟДﾟ|||)━━ﾝ!! i went there with my camera and started snapping away from the moment i entered the convention hall all the way to the exit. the figurines on display were pretty amazing! you can see how well it is done. just look at the complicated details! wow~ ヾ(´･ ･｀｡)ノ"彡〜〜〜パタパタ people with cameras were crowding around the figurine displays excitedly. despite how anxious or excited we were, everyone took turns to take photographs of those figurines (patience is virtue!). there were some beautiful illustrations as well. i met my friend who was cosplaying an anime character that i don't know. but she looked so cool so i took a picture with her! 〜(￣▽￣〜)(〜￣▽￣)〜 couldn't resist it! the queues to the butler and maid cafe were so long that i dropped the idea of having my dinner there. the set meals were expensive and there was a time limit of 45 minutes for every diner. oh well, i was not interested in seeing the butlers or maids anyway~ ┐(￣ー￣)┌ there were several gaming corners available for game fans. it seems that BLACK ROCK SHOOTER is very popular this year. there were cosplays, illustrations, files, shirts and toys of BLACK ROCK SHOOTER's characters everywhere! there was a singing competition as well! and guess what! SCANDAL was the judge!!!! they were sitting at the front while my mom, sis and i were right at the back... couldn't see them except their back view... at least i get to hear their voices! ワーイ♪＼(^ω^＼)( /^ω^)/ワーイ♪ i brought a SCANDAL t-shirt which cost $38 and 3 keychains from the machines (didn't get my favourite Gundam 00 character, allelujah haptism) which cost a total of $9. my mom brought me a hetalia badge that has a cute picture of chibi Japan! i love it! that cost $4. i got a free light stick from my friend's classmates and i used it during the concert at night. talking about the concert, IT WAS FABULOUS!!!!! my friend and i were screaming and shaking our light sticks like crazy women! ｖ（≧∀≦）ｖ うれし〜 the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! everyone were so high and jumping throughout the whole concert (except those boys behind me who were constantly talking and making smart asre comments. obviously, they were making a fool of themselves ﾑｷｨｨｨｨｲ━━━━━(＃｀Д´)凸 )! Angela came first on stage and already everyone were on their feets welcoming them with their claps, screams and cheer! there were so much energy even though it was only the beginning! the songs they sang were really nice. the singer has a strong and powerful voice. she took my breath away with her wonderful voice! one of their songs nearly made me cry! it was so touching! up next was SCANDAL, my favourite girl band! （★＞U＜★） i sang along at the top my voice. i got so excited that i practically jumped non-stop throughout every song! their performance was really good! they sang one song after another! hardly stopping! what a great LIVE performance from SCANDAL! love the instruments and the girls~ (they are so cute!) go SCANDAL go! ヾ(*ﾟｰﾟ*)ﾉヾ(｡｡*)ﾉヾ(*ﾟｰﾟ*)ﾉヾ(｡｡*)ﾉ May'n was the last guest. she danced and sang really well! i am not a fan of her or her songs, but i love her LIVE performance. she was really entertaining to watch as she is always cheerful, happy and lively, just like her music~ next year, i will buy the VIP tickets instead of STANDING tickets. wanna see the singers upclose! overall, i did have a good time! ｷｬｯﾟ+｡:.ﾟヽ(*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡+ﾟｷｬｯ!
