That says so much about the layers of their relationship given the darkness and complexity of their history. You've created a wonderful feeling of tension, a push and pull between them that runs through all the layers of their relationship.

There's so much ambiguity in the Jack/Ianto relationship, and so many layers to the characters, that exploring them in a fic is an adventure by itself. I'm very glad that you liked this fic, and that you could sense the tension I was trying to convey. Really appreciate the lovely feedback.
