okay i really didn't realize that when you make preserves(peach) it makes so damn much. lol I canned like 12small jars and2 big jars last week and now i have ten more small jars of the stuff that i am processign right now. It's scarry on how much you get from the stuff with just 4 cups of fresh fruit you add the pectin and boil then you add 7, yes 7 cups of sugar to it and bring back to a boil then pour into the jars and boil the lids then you put lids on and boil the jars to seal the lids down. its time consuming but fun. it also gives you a sense of completion because you made the stuff from scratch that you are eating.okay going to go now ja
